Reblue Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") processes personal information for the following purposes. Article 3 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)
The Company will destroy such personal information without delay upon a member's withdrawal or once the purpose of collection and use has been fulfilled. However, if the information must be retained for a certain period in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, it will be retained for that period:
- Records related to contracts or cancellations of orders: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
- Records related to payment and the supply of goods: 5 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
- Records related to the handling of consumer complaints or disputes: 3 years (Electronic Commerce Act)
- Website visit history: 3 months (Telecommunications Secrecy Protection Act)
- Record of fraudulent use: Indefinite (internal policy)
Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)
As a general rule, the Company does not disclose users' personal information to third parties. However, the following cases are exceptions:
- If the user has given prior consent
- When there is a request from a law enforcement agency in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, or for investigative purposes in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by laws and regulations
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The Company may outsource the processing of personal information to third parties when necessary to provide its services, and will do so in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Users may withdraw their consent to the processing of their personal information. However, if the information is essential for the provision of the service, withdrawal of consent may result in restrictions on service use.
Article 7 (Destruction of Personal Information)
The Company will destroy personal information without delay when it is no longer necessary, such as when the retention period has expired or the purpose of processing has been achieved.
How to dispose of:
- Electronic files: Permanently deleted in a way that cannot be recovered
- Paper documents: Shred or incinerate
- Database: Complete deletion, including backup data, after log records are deleted
Article 8 (Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information)
The company is taking the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:
- Storing and Managing Encrypted Passwords (Using One-Way Hash Functions)
- Installation and updating of security software to prevent breaches caused by hacking, computer viruses, and other threats

Article 9 (Service Coverage Area and International Transmission)
Service Principles
This service is available worldwide, but it is not available in the following regions:
- The United States and its territories
- All European Union (EU) member states
- United Kingdom
- Mainland China
- Countries subject to international sanctions, such as North Korea, Iran, and Syria
- Other countries and regions designated by the company
Statement of Non-Application of the GDPR and CCPA
- This service is not available in the EU or the United States, so the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) and the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) do not apply.
- The company does not intentionally collect or process the personal information of residents of the EU or the United States.
- If a resident of the EU or the United States uses the service through means such as proxy servers, the user bears full legal responsibility for such use.
Transfer of Personal Information Overseas
- The Company may transfer personal information overseas for the purpose of providing its services.

Location-Based Access Control

- In addition, if we detect any attempts to bypass restrictions using a VPN, proxy, or similar methods, your account may be suspended immediately.
Limitation of Liability
- The Company shall not be liable for any legal issues arising from users accessing the service via a proxy connection from regions where the service is not available.
- Users are responsible for complying with the laws of the country where they reside or from which they access the service.

The company uses cookies to provide users with a personalized experience.

Article 15 (Amendments to the Privacy Policy)
- This Privacy Policy is subject to change in response to changes in laws, regulations, policies, or security technologies.
- If there are any changes to the Privacy Policy, the Company will notify users of such changes via an announcement within the service at least 7 days in advance.
- We will provide 30 days' notice for significant changes and, if necessary, obtain your consent again.
