Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms and Conditions are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters, regarding the use of the cryptocurrency market information service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by Reblue Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company").
Article 2 (Nature of the Service and Disclaimer)
- This service analyzes technical indicators, statistical data, and market trends in the cryptocurrency market to provide basic information.
- This service does not constitute investment advisory, discretionary investment management, investment trading, or investment brokerage services as defined by the "Act on Capital Markets and Financial Investment Business."
- All information provided through this service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an investment solicitation, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell.
- The Company assumes no responsibility for users' investment decisions or the results thereof.
- Users must exercise their own judgment and seek professional advice before making investment decisions based on the information provided by this service.

This service is not available in the following countries and regions:

- All European Union (EU) member states
- United Kingdom
- Mainland China (People's Republic of China)
- North Korea (Democratic People's Republic of Korea)
- Iran (Islamic Republic of Iran)
- Syria (Syrian Arab Republic)
- Other countries subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control, U.S. Department of the Treasury) sanctions
- Other countries and regions where the company determines that it is unable to provide its services
Responsibility for Verifying Location
Users are responsible for verifying that use of this service is permitted in the region where they reside or from which they access the service.
No bypassing restrictions
Users must not access this service from regions where it is not available using technologies such as VPNs, proxies, or location spoofing. Violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension of service access and may lead to termination of membership.
Transfer of Legal Liability
The Company assumes no liability for any legal issues, sanctions, fines, or damages arising from the use of this service in regions where the service is not available; all liability rests with the user.

- The cryptocurrency market operates 24 hours a day and is highly volatile, so the information provided is subject to rapid change depending on market conditions.
- The Company shall not be liable for any omissions or errors in the information resulting from technical errors, communication failures, interruptions in data provision by third parties, or limitations of AI algorithms.
- Real-time data delays: The market data provided may not be real-time and may be subject to delays. Users should be aware of these delays when using the service.
Article 6 (Restrictions on Data Use)
All data, analytical information, AI-generated content, charts, reports, and other materials provided through this service (hereinafter referred to as the "Provided Data") are the property of the Company, and all copyrights and intellectual property rights therein belong to the Company.
Do not reprocess under any circumstances
Users are strictly prohibited from reprocessing, modifying, editing, or creating derivative works based on the provided data.
Redistribution strictly prohibited
Users are strictly prohibited from redistributing, retransmitting, reselling, disclosing, publishing, or uploading the provided data.
For personal use only
Users may use the provided data solely for personal and non-commercial purposes and may use it only as a reference for investment decisions.
No automated harvesting
Unauthorized copying, crawling, scraping, automated collection, or bulk downloading of the provided data is strictly prohibited.
No Commercial Use
Using the provided data without the Company's prior written consent:
- The act of developing or operating a commercial service
- The act of providing something to a third party, whether for a fee or free of charge
- Developing or benchmarking competing services
- The act of using for advertising, marketing, and sales activities
All are prohibited.
Liability for Violations
If you violate the above restrictions, you may be held liable under civil and criminal law, and the Company may seek compensation for damages.
Article 7 (Obligations of Users)
Users must comply with these Terms and Conditions and applicable laws and regulations.
Users must not engage in the following activities:
- Misappropriation or unauthorized use of another person's information
- Acts that interfere with the stable operation of the service
- Unauthorized access and data collection using automation programs, bots, crawlers, scrapers, etc.
- Unauthorized collection, storage, processing, or redistribution of the provided data
- Using information obtained through the service for commercial purposes without the company's consent
- Investing based on AI-generated content without verifying it
- Accessing the service via a proxy from regions where it is not available
Article 8 (Limitation of Liability)
- The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the services provided free of charge. However, this exclusion does not apply in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- For paid services, the Company’s liability for damages caused by its own fault shall be limited to the total amount of service fees paid by the user over the past three months.
- The Company shall not be liable for any losses, opportunity costs, indirect damages, special damages, or emotional distress resulting from the user’s investment through the use of the Service.
- Liability for AI-Generated Content: The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from errors, inaccuracies, or differences in interpretation in the content provided by AI.
Article 9 (Disclaimer)
- The Company shall not be held liable if it is unable to provide the Service due to force majeure, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, hacking, DDoS attacks, or the suspension of data provision by a third party.
- The Company shall not be liable for any service disruptions caused by the user’s negligence.
- The Company has no obligation to intervene in transactions or disputes between users or between users and third parties, and shall not be liable for any damages arising therefrom.
- The Company assumes no liability for any investment outcomes resulting from the use of information obtained through the Service.
- Limitations of AI Algorithms: The Company assumes no liability for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content resulting from the inherent limitations of AI technology, biases in training data, or unpredictable market conditions.
Article 10 (Suspension and Modification of Services)
- The Company may modify or suspend the Service as necessary for operational or technical reasons.
- In the event of significant service changes or interruptions, the Company will provide advance notice; however, in unavoidable circumstances, notice may be provided after the fact.
- The company reserves the right to change its AI algorithms, data sources, and analytical methodologies without prior notice.
Article 11 (Account Suspension and Termination)
The Company may restrict a user’s access to the Service or suspend or terminate their account without prior notice if the user violates these Terms of Service.
In particular, your account may be suspended immediately in the following cases:
- Unauthorized repurposing or redistribution of the provided data
- Accessing the service via a proxy from regions where it is not available
- Data collection using automation tools
- Unauthorized use of another person's account
Article 12 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware.
- Any disputes arising between the Company and the User in connection with the use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Delaware, United States, which have jurisdiction over the location of the Company’s headquarters.
These Terms and Conditions will take effect on January 1, 2025.
